Cancellation Policy & Fees
Please make every effort to notify the office of a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee equal to the full charge of scheduled services will be incurred under the following circumstances:
- Failure to notify the office of a cancellation with 24 hours of your scheduled appointment
- Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment
In the case of an emergency, the office will determine waiving the cancellation fee.
Payment Information
Payment in full is due at the time of service.
